<p>Position: General AP clerk</p> <p>Location: Bedford, OH</p> <p>Duration: Contract to Hire</p> <p>Expected hours: 30-40 per week onsite, Monday-Friday</p> <p>Rate: $20-$22/hour based on experience (open to candidates out of school)</p> <p>Hours: 7am to 3:30pm or 8am to 4:30pm, flexible with start and end time</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Accurate data entry of weekly bills into A/P system</p> </li><li> <p>Researching A/P invoice discrepancies</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare vendor payments on a weekly basis</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with auditing of store locations on a weekly basis</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain organized and accurate filing systems (digital and physical)</p> </li><li> <p>Assist accounting personnel in other duties as required</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's degree preferred or 2+ years of general accounting experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail and accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Strong data entry skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of accounting software (MS Dynamics a plus) and bookkeeping principles</p> </li><li> <p>Candidate must also pass a background check as a condition of employment</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour</p> <p>Search managed by: Molly Moorfoot</p> <p>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
