This role is responsible for operating processing equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring all product specifications and quality standards are met.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate production machinery safely and efficiently </li><li>Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are consistently met </li><li>Work closely with team members to maintain a smooth production flow </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times </li><li>Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policies </li><li>Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time </li><li>Communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing shifts </li><li>Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors </li><li>Troubleshoot minor issues to reduce downtime and maintain productivity </li><li>Assist with machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and reassembly </li><li>Perform basic data entry and documentation (SPC processes) </li><li>Help train new employees as needed </li><li>Identify and reduce product waste (scrap reduction) </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred </li><li>Knowledge of GMP standards is a plus </li><li>LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) training required </li><li>Ability to perform basic math and read product specifications </li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly </li><li>Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance </li><li>Comfortable working in environments with dust, humidity, and temperature changes </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>8-hour shifts </li><li>Overtime available </li><li>Must be available to work work Weekends </li><li>All shifts available (day, swing, overnight) </li></ul> <p>Apply Today!</p> <p>Join our team and be part of a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment.</p> <p>Santa Ana CA 3009</p>
