<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Minimum 15 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals </li><li>Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent </li><li>Hands on functional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, LE </li><li>Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead/Lead Architect </li><li>History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes </li><li>Experience in SAP development estimation and using best practices in SAP solution delivery </li><li>Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment </li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders </li></ul> <p>Own and drive SAP solutions to support Nutrien Schedule to Deliver business function</p> <ul> <li>Work either individually or alongside functional architects and analysts to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience </li><li>Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives </li><li>Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Schedule to Deliver space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices </li><li>Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, 3rd party providers on SAP initiatives </li><li>Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs </li><li>Host and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders to achieve solution alignment such as blue printing, business confirmation, or testing workshops </li><li>Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the S2D space. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $135,408-$187,200 a year</p> <p>TCS Employee Benefits Summary:</p> <p>Discretionary Annual Incentive.</p> <p>Comprehensive Medical Coverage: Medical & Health, Dental & Vision, Disability Planning & Insurance, Pet Insurance Plans.</p> <p>Family Support: Maternal & Parental Leaves.</p> <p>Insurance Options: Auto & Home Insurance, Identity Theft Protection.</p> <p>Convenience & Professional Growth: Commuter Benefits & Certification & Training Reimbursement.</p> <p>Time Off: Vacation, Time Off, Sick Leave & Holidays.</p> <p>Legal & Financial Assistance: Legal Assistance, 401K Plan, Performance Bonus, College Fund, Student Loan Refinancing.</p> <p>#LI-KM1</p>
