<p>Job Description</p> <p>Maintenance Training Grade II</p> <p>Location: 2100 Gardner Expressway, Quincy, IL 62301</p> <p>Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; some weekends and overtime required</p> <p>Pay: $29.76/hour</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Complete preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance on equipment throughout the facility </li><li>Operate standard maintenance tools such as power tools, hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance tools, etc. </li><li>Utilize maintenance trades and components such as fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems </li><li>Modify/build/install equipment based on reading and comprehending schematics, blueprints, or operating manuals </li><li>Ensure product safety and quality </li><li>Operate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs, etc. </li><li>Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and documentation </li><li>Knowledge of plant equipment and process flow </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>18 years or older </li><li>High School Diploma or GED Equivalent </li><li>Valid Driver's License </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation </li><li>Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) </li><li>Ability to work in elevated areas </li><li>Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) </li><li>Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or differential shifts </li></ul> <p>ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.</p> <p>REF:98331BR</p>
