<p>Hiring Now for Full Time Medical Assistant for Innovative Pain Care (IPC)</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures. </li><li>Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs and collecting specimens </li><li>Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization </li><li>Maintain accurate and efficient medical records and update patient information as needed </li><li>Schedule appointments and manage patient flow </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns and inquiries </li><li>Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Completion of MA program is preferred but not required </li><li>Experience working as a Medical Assistant or similar role </li><li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology </li><li>Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR) </li><li>Ability to read manual BP is preferred but not required </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full Time</p> <p>Work Location: In person/onsite, Main location Mount Pleasant</p> <p>Travel is required between clinics in Mount Pleasant, Franklin, and Mequon as needed.</p>
