With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).</p> <p>A day in the life.</p> <p>As our Client Manager (Individual Accounts - PCBS) on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll be tasked with overseeing individual and Medicare accounts, ensuring precise tracking of commissions, renewals, and client communications. You are a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple responsibilities, maintaining organized records, and delivering outstanding service to clients. You will collaborate closely with the team to facilitate Medicare Supplement applications, coordinate presentations, and assist clients with their insurance needs.</p> <p>Our future colleague.</p> <p>We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience </li><li>3-5 years' experience in the welfare benefits plan industry with an employer, insurer/administrator, consultant, or broker </li><li>Physical ability to conduct local travel </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul> <p>These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:</p> <ul> <li>Missouri Broker's License </li><li>AHIP Certification </li></ul> <p>We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
