<p>Job Description</p> <p>Tax Administrator/Compliance Support</p> <p>The Tax Administrator/Compliance Support will be responsible for supporting the Tax Group for</p> <p>internal administration, managing, and directing the distribution of various invoices, notices and</p> <p>related correspondence, processing payment for and/or mailing of a variety of tax filings, as well as</p> <p>supporting the income tax groups in related research or other compliance filings.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure internal administration requirements are fulfilled for the Tax department. </li><li>Prepare Resale Exemption Certificates and IRS Form W-9s for vendors and suppliers. </li><li>File Sales and Use Tax Registrations and Tax Clearances with the State Department of Revenue. </li><li>Complete business license returns and other local filings. </li><li>Contact business operations and/or suppliers to obtain invoice copies needed for the audit. </li><li>Receive and distribute communications; collect and mail correspondence; copy and store </li></ul> <p>important documents and records.</p> <ul> <li>Interact with various corporate, field, and vendor personnel to provide necessary documentation </li></ul> <p>including but not limited to examples of and/or resale certificates, sales invoices, vendor invoices,</p> <p>personal property tax, escheat, etc.</p> <p>At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
