<p>Role Overview</p> <p>Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to lead culinary operations at UMass Memorial HealthAlliance - Leominster Campus. This role oversees patient dining, retail, and catering services while ensuring high standards in food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>In this role you will have the opportunity to partner with - GROWING PLACES: Fitchburg Public Market, Worcester Regional Food Hub & UMass Memorial Health to bring local start ups on site to provide fresh local dining options to our patients, visitors, and staff.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead day-to-day culinary operations across patient dining and retail </li><li>Develop and execute seasonal and patient-focused menus </li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards </li><li>Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls </li><li>Coach, develop, and engage culinary team members </li><li>Partner with clinical and operational leaders to enhance the patient and guest experience </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
