You will lead a talented team of automation testers, along with environment management, who are passionate for ensuring delivery of high-quality customer experiences. You will work on multiple projects and be an active leader in the full end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery through product launches.</p> <p>This position reports into the Lending Innovation product team, which is focused on meeting the borrowing needs of our customers through digital-centric pay over time lending solutions.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage UAT environment and ensuring test environment consistency for UAT prospective and work towards the of high-quality customer experiences</p> </li><li> <p>Design, develop and maintain a environment management strategy and environment uptime matrices.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop test automation (smart specs) to monitor greater environment availability</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain the functional test automation</p> </li><li> <p>Develop tools and technique to bring the environment uptime.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong Experience with Test Automation solutions and test automation development</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate status to management and key stakeholders across a portfolio of projects</p> </li><li> <p>Lead a culture of respect that promotes diversity and inclusion, and mentors and motivates a strong cross-functional team</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent problem-solving skills and attitude</p> </li><li> <p>Develop the next generation of UAT talent, with a focus on hiring, developing and retaining top talent</p> </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li><li> <p>Detailed understanding of environment management, test automation, common defect management tools, the ability to perform automated tests, and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>8+ years of work experience with Quality Assurance experience, knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance methodology</p> </li><li> <p>TSYS and Consumer banking/credit card experience is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with functional testing automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Junit), as well as databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and DB2</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with API (Application Programming Interface) test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Java and JavaScript</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experienced manager preferred with a proven track record of creating an inclusive environment and building a happy and productive team</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organization and time management capabilities, with an ability to manage multiple streams of work and to deliver in a timely manner</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization</p> </li><li> <p>Results-oriented with a strong attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lead process improvements in program execution through operational efficiencies</p> </li></ul>
