We offer advancement opportunities in the company for committed and goal-oriented employees!</p> <p>Must be 21 years of age to apply</p> <p>Must have previous roofing experience</p> <p>Start Date: ASAP</p> <p>Quality Control/ Roofing Repair Technician Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks, damage, or wear and tear. </li><li>Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including replacing shingles, repairing flashing, and sealing leaks. </li><li>Install new roofing materials as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. </li><li>Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and schedule repair jobs efficiently. </li><li>Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options, answer questions, and provide exceptional service. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Full-Time position </li><li>Monday to Friday </li><li>Weekend availability </li><li>Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 30 days of employment </li><li>PTO accrual after 30 Days of employment </li><li>401K after 6 months of employment </li><li>All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period. </li></ul> <p>Work Location: Multiple Locations</p> <p>Salary: $50k - $55k</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Quality Control/ Roofing Repair Technician Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license. </li><li>Prior experience in roofing repair and maintenance. </li><li>Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to operate various equipment such as simple hand tools. </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills. </li><li>Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills. </li><li>Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. </li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights over 5 feet often. </li><li>Access and mobility in tight spaces. </li><li>Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling. </li><li>Hardworking with a "do-what-it-takes" attitude (negative attitudes need not apply!) </li><li>Work a flexible schedule. </li></ul> <p>Disclaimer: Shamrock Roofing & Construction provides equal opportunities to all, prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, and genetic information.
