<p>Department: Marketing</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>PubMatic is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Publisher Growth to join our growing team in New York City.</p> <p>Reporting to the Associate Director, Product Marketing - Publisher Growth, the Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Publisher Growth is responsible for leading and executing go-to-market strategy for PubMatic's Mobile business, inclusive of OpenWrap SDK (PubMatic's proprietary header bidding solution for mobile app), along with Access Membership - a first of its kind subscription program that allows PubMatic's publishers and channel partners to drive revenue through access to unique demand, additional operational enhancements, and priority access to community building opportunities and technology.</p> <p>The person in this role must have demonstrable experience with core marketing skillsets (eg: positioning, synthesizing market intelligence, launching products and features, and sales enablement). As this role will require extensive customer engagement, both internally with members of the commercial organization and externally with some of the world's biggest publishers and mobile app developers, the ideal candidate should have excellent presentation and public-speaking skills and be able to adapt messaging to different audiences across functions and seniority levels. They will be responsible for translating our sell-side product vision and roadmap for mobile into prioritized go-to-market plans, developed in alignment with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, and Marketing. As such, being fluent in dealing with complexity at a global level across multiple stakeholders will be key.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing discipline, specifically in positioning and messaging, collecting, synthesizing, and translating market intelligence into compelling collateral, competitive analysis, communication, pricing, packaging, and promotion and adoption of key products and solutions. Your success will be measured by specific product marketing success metrics and program OKRs tied to your ability to:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Product Management and Commercial Leads in launches, including feature, product, and program launches </li><li>Own core product marketing deliverables across end-to-end GTM launch planning for all release levels, including, but not limited to, product demos for sales training and customer enablement, codified product positioning by audience, FAQs, objection handling, and beyond </li><li>Garner cross-functional team alignment across product, commercial, legal, marketing and others </li><li>Communicate, educate, and evangelize new product advancements to our commercial teams on both the buy and sell-side </li><li>Help drive product adoption for new product feature releases through SaaS marketing best practices </li><li>Develop product marketing programs that influence pipeline revenue and velocity </li><li>Align with Corporate Marketing to help drive air cover and thought leadership, while partnering with Events to ensure our messaging and materials come to life at PubMatic-hosted experiences and industry conferences </li><li>Familiarity with an advanced marketing tech stack, such as Pendo, Salesforce, HighSpot, Pardot, and/or Responsive </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Five plus years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with at least 3+ years of experience in advertising technology (e.g., agency, advertiser, DSP, SSP, or independent ad tech) </li><li>Proven expertise in product marketing, sales marketing, or customer marketing ideally with experience with mobile-based solutions. SaaS experience is a huge plus </li><li>The candidate should have a deep understanding of, and/or curiosity about, the digital advertising/programmatic industry, a passion for technology, and the drive to work in a mature start-up environment </li><li>A proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and foundational PMM collateral </li><li>Creative thinking around innovative messaging and presentation strategies; a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to create/drive visual tools to effectively market products and services </li><li>A proven track record with delivery in a fast-paced environment and the organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines </li><li>A proven track record of collaborating with Product Management teams to develop GTM strategies for driving adoption </li><li>Deep understanding of technology, product development and innovation </li><li>Exceptional project management, organizational, writing, & presentation skills </li><li>Cultural fit with PubMatic's core values of Customer Service, Innovation, Bias Towards Action, Teamwork, and Integrity </li><li>Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and strong editorial point of view </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the globe have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days "in office" and 2 days "working remotely") that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions.</p> <p>Benefits: Our benefits package includes the best of what leading organizations provide such as, paid leave programs, paid holidays, healthcare, dental and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, commuter benefits, physical and financial wellness programs, unlimited DTO in the US (that we actually require you to use!), reimbursement for mobile and fully stocked pantries plus in-office catered lunches 5 days per week.</p> <p>Diversity and Inclusion: PubMatic is proud to be an equal opportunity employer; we don't just value diversity, we promote and celebrate it. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
