As an Assistant Boys' Volleyball Coach, you will inspire, motivate, and teach students specific volleyball skills while promoting positive character development and building strong relationships with athletes both on and off the court.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in planning and executing team practices and drills. </li><li>Provide individualized coaching to athletes, focusing on skill development and technique. </li><li>Support the Head Coach in managing team strategy, game preparation, and match execution. </li><li>Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among athletes. </li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes during practices and games. </li><li>Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership and communication skills. </li><li>Passion for coaching and teaching volleyball. </li><li>Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Completion of 60 or more college credit hours prior to coaching. </li></ul> <p>Eligible Applicants:</p> <ul> <li>FHSD Certified Employees </li><li>FHSD Non-Certified Employees </li><li>Qualified External Candidates </li></ul> <p>We look forward to receiving your application and welcoming you to the FHSD team!</p>
