You will:</p> <ul> <li>Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care </li><li>Continuously improve quality of care through data collection and analysis </li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve the best patient outcomes </li><li>Serve as a patient advocate while supporting families and caregivers </li><li>Practice nursing with professionalism, accountability, and compassion </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) </li><li>Active Wisconsin RN license </li><li>CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) </li><li>ACLS certification (required) </li><li>1-2 years of acute care experience preferred </li><li>A commitment to teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care </li></ul> <p>Why This Unit?</p> <p>Intermediate Care is where critical thinking meets meaningful connection.
