<p>Job Description: The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of contract lifecycle management for Powers Health. This position ensures compliance with contractual obligations, negotiates terms to support organizational goals, and evaluates vendor performance to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency. The role supports the supply chain team by maintaining accurate documentation, identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating complex matters to senior leadership or legal counsel as appropriate. The Contract Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in all contracting processes. #Required Skills # Qualifications: Bachelor#s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain or related field with 3 years# experience in supply chain or contract administration experience preferred or minimum of high school diploma with 7 years supply chain experience, healthcare preferred including contract management and cost containment activities required.## Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze and interpret contract language, terms and regulatory requirements identifying potential risks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).# Contract management systems experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills.
