Join us and build an extraordinary future.</p> <p>About This Role:</p> <p>The Sr Manager, Benefits role leads the Forrester global benefits team to develop competitive programs that attract, reward, and retain employees. This person evaluates the effectiveness of existing benefit offerings, policies, and guidelines and ensures they are market competitive, cost effective, and aligned with company goals. This individual works in partnership with external providers and benefits team consultants to ensure the company is positioned competitively, stays current on trends/changes, and is legally compliant.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of our benefit programs globally, including health and welfare benefits, retirement, leaves of absences, and holistic wellness programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain a comprehensive benefits strategy that is equitable, scalable, and comprehensive. This strategy is grounded in Forrester's business objectives and core values.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the global benefits team that supports employees in more than 15 countries.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the deployment of Forrester's benefits programs, including benefits renewals, open enrollment retirement, and wellness programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a thought leader in employee wellness strategies and develop engaging and contemporary programs that inspire and meet the needs of a diverse and distributed workforce.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures compliance with all local leave laws globally. Will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing an overall leave strategy globally.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a good pulse on global market data and drive bold programs to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace. Partner with finance to on medical self-funding expenses and to budget for any benefit enhancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop analytics, metrics, and dashboards around benefits programs and other key people areas to evaluate the effectiveness of the program and inform the program direction in the future.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the HR business partners to advise and influence business leaders in implementing benefits and strategies that are supportive of the company's strategic goals, drive engagement, and link to Forrester's initiatives and priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and sustain collaborative relationships within Forrester (i.e., finance, payroll, legal, etc.), work through complex challenges, identify risk and legal implications and achieve resolution and maintain compliance, and build trust by including others and by keeping cross-functional teams focused on the success of the enterprise.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage vendor contract renewals and fee negotiations and ensure performance guarantees of the company's carriers and vendors.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 7 years' experience in benefits and leave management, including experience in influencing critical stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in leading transformational change, managing stakeholders, achieving buy-in among disparate audiences, and delivering results in a variety of settings.</p> </li><li> <p>At least five years' managerial experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing a team in a global organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Workday is highly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to think strategically and innovatively around benefit offerings.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of legislation governing benefit plans (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and GDPR).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong business and financial acumen to identify and implement cost-effective programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced problem-solving, process improvement, and change management skills, with the ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>We're a network of knowledge and experience leading to richer, fuller careers.
