We also promote a healthy work/life balance.</p> <p>The Jefferson County Family Court has an immediate opening for a FC Court Case Manager.</p> <p>CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB: Responsible for providing assistance to the court and to families who come before the court.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for providing general support to the Court Administrator's Office. </li><li>Report to the Court Administrator for Family Court. </li><li>Serve as a family court contact for parties, other court personnel, county attorney's, defense attorneys, social service agencies, and law enforcement agencies. </li><li>Facilitate provision of services for the court and its clients. </li><li>Monitor court orders to ensure services are being provided and utilized. </li><li>Maintain records and statistical information. </li><li>Zoom facilitation. </li><li>Educate clients about the court process. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>EDUCATION: Associates degree</p> <p>EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: 1 year of job related experience</p> <p>Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE</p> <p>Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: High School Diploma & 3 years job related experience</p> <p>SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): NONE</p> <p>Working Conditions</p> <p>Typical work conditions are within an office setting</p> <p>If you have questions about this advertisement, please contact Angela Bilewicz at angelabilewicz@kycourts.net</p> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D</p>
