This role will have P&L responsibility, driving strategies, plans, and execution to deliver daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual targets. A successful candidate will be able to define plans to deliver financial targets, drive cross-functional execution, work with data and merchandising teams to create a streamlined consumer journey, work with marketing teams to track traffic and conversion on daily basis and provide direction on adjustments to manage to overall revenue goals, track competitor activities and changes and adjust plans accordingly, and prepare monthly presentations for senior leadership with data-driven learnings and action plans. </li></ul> <p>Role and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the bottoms-up planning and forecasting based on individual category promotional and marketing plans. </li><li>Collaborate with category management, performance marketing, product and finance teams for the Quarterly Commercial Deal (QCD) planning process and manage all program approvals from key internal stakeholders. </li><li>Drive the growth of the Mobile Enhancements categories, developing monthly and quarterly business plans, and managing day-to-day execution on-site. </li><li>Work with Mobile Enhancement teams to develop joint business plans with associated investment to reach sales targets. </li><li>Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance to understand conversion and traffic drivers including conversion funnel, promotional lift, and marketing activities. </li><li>Work closely with Channel Marketing to develop campaigns and improve content and messaging to customers to improve traffic and qualified lands. </li><li>Analyze promotion performance by customer cohorts to understand drivers of performance and to create targeted offer strategies. </li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase collaboration and investment from carriers to drive overall connected phone sales. </li><li>Prepare executive presentations to share business strategies, plans, and deep dives into specific topics as needed / requested. </li><li>Monitor model level profitability and identify optimizations to improve overall profit rate. </li><li>Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments </li><li>Conducting financial analysis to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets. </li><li>Create promo copy, aligning with legal, and drive execution on site and across marketing channels. </li><li>Continuously monitor the customer experience journey and provide direction to supporting teams to optimize and maximize conversion. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience in eCommerce or related industry. MBA preferred. </li><li>Experience managing eCommerce Categories of $50 million + minimally and proven experience growing eCommerce Categories with implementing innovative strategies. </li><li>Strong leadership with the ability to drive results by partnering with Stakeholders across all levels of the organization. </li><li>Demonstrated expertise driving business execution and delivering against revenue and profit targets </li><li>Demonstrated success in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment with ability to respond to changing priorities without loss in performance or productivity </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive influence across many levels of the organization. </li><li>Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using Excel with Tableau preferred. </li><li>Structured and process oriented approach to solve business and operational problems with a highly agile approach. </li></ul> <p>#LI-RR1</p> <p>Life @ Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/</p> <p>Benefits @ Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/</p> <p>Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.
