We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Birthday Party host will be the Point of contact for guests hosting a birthday party experience at the complex. The team member is expected to provide excellent guest service while working with customers to create a great Birthday Party experience. This position involves working with guest services, food and beverage departments, and management.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:</p> <ul> <li>Interacting and assisting guests as needed </li><li>Assist with parties from set up to take down </li><li>Stock, maintain and clean the birthday rooms as necessary throughout parties </li><li>Work with other team members on party days </li><li>All other duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Flexible work schedule (e.g., weeknights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance is necessary </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment </li><li>Must have excellent guest service skills </li><li>Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills </li><li>Must be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow Team Members </li><li>Must work well with children and peers </li><li>Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and venue </li><li>Commitment to the safety and well-being of others </li><li>Reliable transportation </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist high </li><li>May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend </li><li>The facility has intermittent noise </li></ul>
