<p>Material Operator</p> <p>As a Material Operator, you'll play a key role in making sure everything flows smoothly and meets our high standards in every way.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Support the production line by ensuring materials are staged, replenished, and ready when needed with materials like bottles, caps, and pumps. </li><li>Double-check component numbers and ensure the right paperwork and SAP stickers are in place. </li><li>Use electric pallet jacks to move components and finished goods, prepping pallets for warehouse transfer. </li><li>Scan finished products into SAP and maintain accurate records while acting as a gatekeeper for quality. </li><li>Return unused components and help clear the line for the next run. </li><li>Perform quality audits, checking label placement, batch codes, and overall product standards. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets FDA and company quality standards. </li><li>Promote and follow safety protocols throughout the facility. </li><li>Step in as a backup Equipment Operator and help train new team members. </li><li>Complete SOPs, Work Instructions, and other documentation with accuracy and care. </li><li>Handle sensitive product and customer information with discretion. </li><li>Show up consistently, pitch in when overtime is needed, and take on other tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What We Need from You:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. </li><li>Familiarity with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA safety standards. </li><li>Experience with SAP and HMI systems. </li><li>Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, wear PPE, and work well with others. </li><li>Strong time management and a positive, team-first attitude. </li><li>Comfortable operating electric pallet jacks. </li><li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. </li><li>Be able to work in a climate-controlled, moderately loud production area. </li><li>Stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the shift. </li><li>Navigate around motorized equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. </li></ul>
