<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Nurse Supervisor is accountable for planning and oversight of department staff activities related to patient care, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to fiscal budget, policies, procedures, standards and regulations. This position works collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization to create an environment of excellence, trust, and continual learning. Must be informed and maintain generalist nursing skill proficiency & competency in all aspects of clinical nurse responsibilities in an ambulatory care setting. Scope of responsibility will include multiple departments and/or a high degree of patient complexity and/or 10+ providers</p> <p>Job Title: SUPV II, Nursing (RN)- Clinic Admin</p> <p>Location: Summer Creek</p> <p>Department: Clinic Admin</p> <p>Job Type: Full Time</p> <p>Salary Range: $97,010 - $119,836 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Required: RN from accredited nursing program.</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in nursing or four years supervisory/management experience (4 years).</p> <p>Preferred: Master's degree in nursing or related field</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Required: 5 years clinical RN experience with at least 3 years progressive supervisor/management experience</p> <p>Preferred: N/A</p> <p>License(s)</p> <p>Required: Active, current Texas license</p> <p>Preferred: Nurse Certification in work related field (within 1 year)</p> <p>Special Skills</p> <p>Required: ACLS (within 3 months), BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider), PALS if supervise pediatric department</p> <p>(within 6 months) Personnel Management, Clinical Management</p> <p>Proficient keyboarding, Basic computer skills</p> <p>Preferred: PALS, CPR Instructor, refined public relations, verbal and writing expertise</p> <p>Other</p> <p>Required: Able to use equipment and related supplies for a selected patient population.
