<p>Hyatt's Mechanic performs various duties to ensure the hotel's equipment, facilities, and infrastructure are in good working order. Their duties are diverse and crucial to guest satisfaction and the overall success of the hotel.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for overnight shift coverage and therefore must possess strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house areas including kitchen, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform preventative maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a windows-based computer system.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintaining logs of maintenance supplies and parts, and ordering replacements as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Following all company safety and security policies and procedures.</p> </li></ul> <p>The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
