We are seeking a strong, field-driven leader to oversee operations across our Greenville, Midlands, and Charlotte markets. The Regional Director is responsible for safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and regional profitability. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands installed construction operations and knows how to lead teams while protecting margin.</p> <p>Why Work with Stier?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive compensation package with weekly pay</p> </li><li> <p>Vehicle allowance</p> </li><li> <p>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) with company match</p> </li><li> <p>Paid vacation and holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership opportunity within a growing, family-owned company</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead Field Operations</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee Area Managers and installation teams across Greenville, Midlands, and Charlotte</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct regular field visits, house walks, and quality checks</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure jobs are completed on time, to scope, and to company standards</p> </li><li> <p>Remove roadblocks and solve problems before they impact the customer</p> </li><li> <p>Drive Sales & Customer Relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain strong builder relationships across scheduling, construction, and warranty teams</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Sales to ensure scopes, SKUs, and expectations align with what was bid</p> </li><li> <p>Support new community and special project startups</p> </li><li> <p>Own Profitability & Performance</p> </li><li> <p>Manage regional P&L performance</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor labor forecasting, efficiency, and waste</p> </li><li> <p>Protect margins by auditing takeoffs, material releases, and change orders</p> </li><li> <p>Lead EPO and backcharge recovery efforts</p> </li><li> <p>Manage Labor & Resources</p> </li><li> <p>Forecast labor needs by market and community activity</p> </li><li> <p>Recruit and maintain qualified subcontractors</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to align materials with install schedules</p> </li><li> <p>Uphold Safety & Standards</p> </li><li> <p>Champion Stier Supply Company's safety policies and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Enforce HOP/SOP compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain high-quality field standards across all markets</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of experience in construction, field operations, or installation strategic leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing environment</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of labor management, install cost structures, and bid logic</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Estimating</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable reviewing operational and financial reports</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license and insured vehicle</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to pass background and drug screening</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary Benefits EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
