<p>IT ERP APPLICATIONS</p> <p>FULL TIME / 8AM - 5PM / 8- HOURS PER PAY</p> <p>The ERP Programmer/Analyst Sr :</p> <ul> <li>Provides advanced-level programming and systems analysis support for a broad array of strategic/tactical projects as assigned. </li><li>Participates in all areas of project life cycle, including: project definition, project estimating, systems design, computer programming, systems implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and documentation. Particular emphasis is placed on the implementation of integrated hospital/corporate computer systems. </li><li>Functionally provides technical guidance to entry- and intermediate-level programming staff </li><li>Acts as leader and coordinator of team assignments and goals </li><li>Has no administrative supervisory responsibility </li><li>Is free to interact within general guidelines in a broad scope of responsibility to recommend, design, develop, and implement information systems that meet departmental objectives within functional area of responsibility </li><li>Is required to draw upon his/her practical experience, and demonstrate development of extensive operational technical knowledge as well as advanced knowledge in developing business relationships and partnerships </li><li>Demonstrates the ability to integrate advanced technical skills with knowledge of the business to provide effective information systems solutions </li><li>Demonstrates the ability to handle all activities of developing an information system, from initial project review and scope definition to final systems implementation, with only minor supervision and direction </li><li>Will respond to the software malfunctions of assigned systems and provide support and assistance to operations and users to correct and avoid future recurrence of production application problems </li></ul> <p>Education: Associate Degree w/6+ years job experience & 3 years ERP experience required.</p> <p>or</p> <p>Bachelor Degree w/4+ years job experience & 2 years ERP experience required.</p> <p>IT area of study or related area required. Related areas of study include Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiology, Mathematics, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory, Pharmacy, or Medicine.</p> <p>Certification: Project Management Certification is preferred</p> <p>Experience: Please see the experience requirements located in the education section. Requires knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, and good analytical and documentation skills</p> <p>Skills/Other:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to technically contribute as a team member to strategic and tactical projects </li><li>Employee possesses knowledge and ability to accept independent responsibility to lead tactical projects of advanced complexity </li><li>Proven analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Proven organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously </li><li>Proven effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with technical staff, management, customers, vendors, other employees, physicians, patients, and visitors </li><li>Proven verbal and written communication skills </li></ul> <p>Competencies Required:</p> <p>Specific Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Provides a senior level of application/network/server/AS400/Mainframe/etc. troubleshooting by the following: </li></ul> <p>o Knows the application platform and database for each application supported</p> <p>o Demonstrates the ability to use remote control software (i.e. PCAnywhere, Proxy, etc.) to aid application issue resolution</p> <p>o Knows where and what to look for when monitoring the application on a server to verify a backup was done</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates an understanding of Active Directory (AD) for those applications that use AD for security </li><li>Knows, understands and provides input to the Disaster Recovery plan for each application he/she supports </li><li>Monitors Information Systems operating parameters for compliance guidelines </li><li>Implements and maintains notification process/procedures for equipment failures and performance degrading situations </li><li>Maintains service recovery procedures </li></ul>
