<p>Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Harleysville, PA. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in Tulip MES, supporting global implementations, feature rollouts, system upgrades, and data-driven insights through IoT analytics and enterprise integrations.</p> <p>Rate Range: $56/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Business Analyst job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and support Tulip MES implementations, including configuration, customization, deployment, and global production support.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Product and Facilities teams to deliver new features, system upgrades, and scalable MES solutions aligned to roadmap goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee solution provisioning and deployment, ensuring standards, operational scalability, and alignment with service strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting for complex MES/IOT integrations and enterprise application interfaces.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles, run books, and solution designs.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze IoT data to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions for cost reduction and service improvement.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in MES/Tulip configuration, customization, deployment, and enterprise integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience supporting Tulip software in a global production environment, including feature rollouts, upgrades, and issue resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong ability to analyze IoT data, build dashboards/models, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive scalable, data-driven solutions.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
