<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Basic Purpose</p> <p>Provides technical knowledge in the development, presentation and evaluation of training needs and materials. Develops knowledge, skills, and working relationship regarding policies, processes and procedures to customer service staff. Oversees individuals and/or groups in specific subjects; facilitates concepts of specific matter to be accessible.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Partners and conducts analysis and discusses with leadership, consultants and employees the needs that require improvement and prepares the training tools, materials and techniques to develop knowledge, skills and working relationships.</p> <p>Reviews, develops and implements training materials, tools and processes to contribute in streamlining processes and training customer service staff.</p> <p>Works independently and under moderate supervision, with regular review of completed assignment.</p> <p>Evaluates and determines opportunities and develops and manages projects.</p> <p>Performs analyses using a wide variety of analytical tools and methods to increase organizational performance, resolves inconsistencies and provides solutions to increase knowledge and skill sets of staff.</p> <p>Recommends solutions to peers and management for review, comment and approval, overcoming barriers and addressing concerns.</p> <p>Manages schedules and appropriately scheduled updates assuming multiple concurrent assignments</p> <p>Coordinates, plans, develops and facilitates/conducts presentations of training materials on policies, procedures and job aids to customer service staff.</p> <p>Provides technical expertise and special projects support on systems processes. Coordinates, plans, develops and conducts training presentations to customer service employees and other affected departments on time for delivery and implementation.</p> <p>Benchmarks best practices and maximizes use of systems and technology.</p> <p>Demonstrates principles of leadership through effective decision-making and behaviors. Coaches team members in skill development for achievement of performance goals and motivates team to constant improvement.</p> <p>Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.</p> <p>Performs related duties as assigned.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Essential Education, Skills, and Environment</p> <p>Education and Work Experience</p> <p>High school diploma and 5 years of customer service experience with 3 years in a training or similar organizational development capacity.</p> <p>Specialized Knowledge and Skills</p> <p>Demonstrated knowledge of:</p> <p>System, training techniques, learning systems, analysis', and process improvement methods.</p> <p>Skills such as:</p> <p>Analytical, work in a team environment, presentation, interpersonal and communication.</p> <p>Equipment and Applications</p> <p>PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software</p> <p>Work Environment and Physical Demands</p> <p>General office environment. No special physical demands required.</p> <p>.</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Annual Salary: $78,500 (Min) to $92,300 (Mid); Up to 12% Short Term Incentive Plan target opportunity at the discretion of the company.
