In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.</p> <ul> <li>CH </li><li>Develop precise estimates for labor, equipment, PPE, materials, and disposal necessary for complex field service projects. </li><li>Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure projects are completed safely and within the scope of the quotation. </li><li>Complete all quotes within 72 hours. </li><li>Maintain high margins and a strong win ratio through prompt and accurate quoting. </li><li>Implement profitable pricing strategies while analyzing competition within the District. </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for pricing and quoting inquiries from sales and operations within the District and Region. </li><li>Work with the Field Service Coordinator or Branch Manager to assess the manpower, equipment, and resources needed for scheduled and emergency response projects. </li><li>Contribute to pricing and execution strategies for opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability. </li><li>Advise users on best practices for submitting detailed project information via Salesforce for accurate quotes. </li><li>Incorporate feedback from sales and operations to improve quoting accuracy. </li><li>Meet or exceed revenue targets while supporting business units in achieving profitability goals. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul>
