Take the next step in your career and apply now!</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, construction management, environmental studies, or related field; or equivalent work experience.</p> <p>Two years of related experience or coursework in project controls, permitting, cost analysis, scheduling, or related project support functions required.</p> <p>Four years of related experience required for the analyst role.</p> <p>Six years of related experience required for the senior analyst role.</p> <p>Foundational understanding of project planning principles, cost tracking, forecasting, regulatory processes, and schedule coordination.</p> <p>Awareness of permitting processes and regulatory frameworks relevant to large infrastructure or energy projects (e.g., local siting, environmental permits, state filings, federal approvals).</p> <p>Ability to learn and use project controls software, scheduling tools, and data reporting applications.</p> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.</p> <p>Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including environmental, legal, and regulatory staff.</p> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.</p> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 and the ability to learn new systems.</p> <p>Ability to travel occasionally (typically up to 10%).</p> <p>Supports the use and maintenance of common project governance processes by preparing templates, updating tools, and tracking project metrics that enable transparent management, issue identification, and reporting. Administers the change control process, documenting any deviations from the original scope.</p> <p>Prepares routine and ad hoc project reports and supports timely communication of progress against key milestones. Supports the collection and organization of compliance documentation needed for internal and external reporting related activities.</p> <p>Contributes to the development and management of detailed project execution plans, financial tracking and risk registers and participates in project planning activities by gathering and organizing necessary information. Helps identify task dependencies by reviewing project schedules and resource plans to support alignment across project teams.</p> <p>Track permitting, regulatory milestones and requirements as part of overall project schedules and coordinates with internal and external teams to ensure critical activities are completed. Supports the integration of permitting conditions, regulatory commitments, and compliance constraints into project timelines and reporting.</p> <p>Assists in developing and monitoring action items to reduce or mitigate identified risks. Supports risk tracking related to project milestones, contractual requirements, permitting timelines, regulatory filings, and compliance driven project constraints.</p> <p>Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather financial data needed for project financial planning and forecasts. Supports expenditure reconciliation activities and contributes to internal and regulatory reporting requirements.</p> <p>Works with the project teams to support consistent project controls practices, data accuracy, and timely information flow. Supports document control across multiple projects.</p> <p>Coordinates with the permitting, environmental, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure project controls information aligns with filing requirements, approvals, and compliance needs.</p> <p>Responds to routine data and documentation requests from internal and external stakeholders.</p> <p>Performs additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.</p>
