In this critical role, you'll manage First Article Inspections, oversee quality assurance functions, and help maintain AS9100/ISO9001 compliance.</p> <p>Schedule: 9-hour days, some flex to the start time, 1/2 day on Friday</p> <p>Salary: $100,000/yr.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead QA/QC modules within the Visual Quality Database </li><li>Serve as the primary contact for customer returns (RMA), source inspections, and First Article submissions via Net-Inspect </li><li>Support quality planning, corrective actions, and root cause analysis </li><li>Guide and train quality team members while collaborating with engineering, operations, and sales </li><li>Drive compliance with FAA, FAR/DFAR, and internal quality systems </li><li>Analyze data to support continuous improvement efforts </li><li>Maintain and improve quality processes and documentation </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li>FAA Repair Station Inspector certification (or ability to obtain) </li><li>5+ years in a quality role, 10+ years in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, and government contract standards </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Net-Inspect </li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills </li><li>Familiarity with quality tools including CMM, comparators, and GD&T </li></ul> <p>This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.</p> <p>If you're ready to step into a senior-level role that offers challenge, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact, then click "Apply Now" and elevate your career in quality engineering.
