<p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p> </p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Science/Food Science/Technology or similar major. </li><li>3+ years combined experience with food, ingredients and/or manufacturing experience. </li><li>Experience with quality metrics reporting. </li></ul> <p> </p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Personal knowledge/experience of food plant manufacturing. </li><li>Must have thorough understanding of Quality Systems, Food Safety, and Quality Assurance. </li><li>Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills esp.
