<p>Job Title: Litigation Paralegal</p> <p>Location: Portland, Oregon</p> <p>Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days on-site/2 remote after training period ; 37.5 hour work week</p> <p>Salary: $75,000-$90,000</p> <p>Employment Type: Direct Hire</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Portland law firm who is seeking an experience Litigation Paralegal to support their team across a variety of litigation matters. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage case files from inception through trial, maintaining organization and accuracy throughout </li><li>Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents </li><li>Handle all aspects of discovery, including tracking, organizing, reviewing, and analyzing large volumes of materials </li><li>Prepare deposition and trial materials, including exhibits, binders, and supporting documentation </li><li>Track and docket court deadlines, ensuring compliance with state and federal rules </li><li>Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation </li><li>Utilize and maintain electronic document management and discovery review systems </li><li>Coordinate with attorneys and staff to keep matters progressing efficiently </li><li>Delegate tasks to legal assistants and provide oversight as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Prior litigation paralegal experience (5+ years preferred) </li><li>Strong knowledge of Oregon and Washington state and federal court rules and procedures </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms, including document management systems </li><li>Ability to manage high-volume workloads with strong attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills </li><li>Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred </li><li>Exposure to additional practice areas such as collections, foreclosure, loan documentation, or estate planning is a plus </li><li>Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team </li><li>Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems and evolving priorities </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
