<p>Therapist - AllHealth Network</p> <p>At AllHealth Network, compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care come together to support individuals with serious mental illness involved in the criminal justice system. Our Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) program delivers intensive, community-based services that bridge behavioral health and criminal justice systems to promote stability, recovery, and reduced recidivism.</p> <p>As a therapist, you will play a key role in the expansion of forensic clinical services requested by Denver County Competency Court, supporting justice-involved individuals participating in competency proceedings. This position supports the mission of AllHealth Network's Intensive Outpatient Services (IOS) Division by addressing identified gaps in care through specialized, court-aligned behavioral health services. The therapist in this role works closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment that strengthens continuity of care and sustains trusted partnerships with judicial stakeholders.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Addressing criminogenic risk and needs as part of the treatment plan, including the use of evidence based cognitive behavioral therapies shown to reduce recidivism. </li><li>Provide therapeutic interventions and documentation to meet regulatory standards and/or contractual requirements. </li><li>Serving clients with SMI who have prior arrests and incarcerations. </li><li>Leveraging sanctions and incentives imposed by the criminal justice agencies, providing supervision, when appropriate. </li><li>Actively participate in, and contribute to, a team-based model to ensure integration of services and coordination of care to promote improved client outcomes. </li><li>Provide therapeutic interventions and documentation to meet regulatory standards and/or contractual requirements. </li><li>De-escalation Techniques: Given the high-stress nature of the criminal justice system and the mental health challenges associated with SPMI, therapists must be proficient in de-escalation strategies. This includes remaining calm in intense situations and helping clients manage emotions in a healthy way </li><li>Crisis Management: The ability to manage and intervene in mental health crises, whether related to suicidal ideation, psychosis, or extreme distress, is critical. Therapists must know when and how to involve other professionals, such as emergency services, while maintaining therapeutic support </li><li>Complete comprehensive assessments, care plans, evaluations, crisis intervention and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups of clients with mental health and behavioral health needs who are involved in the 18th and 23rd judicial district criminal justice system </li><li>Use evidence-based models for treatment, including but not limited to CBT, brief solution-focused therapy, choice theory, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and DBT </li><li>Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with case managers, peers, nurses, and psychiatric providers </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR according to established protocols </li><li>Maintain positive, ethical, and professional working relationships with community, government agencies, and other professionals </li><li>Complete all required documentation accurately, legibly and within established timelines </li><li>Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree from an accredited graduate institution required </li><li>Licensed or license-eligible preferred (LAC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) </li><li>Minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience in behavioral health, substance use, and/or criminal justice settings </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic engagement </li><li>Knowledge of DSM-5, recovery-oriented care, and trauma-informed treatment principles </li><li>Experience working with individuals and families experiencing mental health, behavioral health, and substance use conditions </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication, clinical judgment, and time-management skills </li><li>Proficiency with EHR systems and PC-based software including Word and Excel </li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love Working Here</p> <ul> <li>A culture rooted in compassion, care, and integrity, where clinicians are valued as people first. </li><li>Strong work-life balance supported by flexible scheduling options and manageable caseloads. </li><li>The autonomy to shape your work, with leadership that trusts your professional judgment. </li><li>Regular supervision and consultation opportunities with experienced clinicians and leaders. </li><li>Clear paths for professional growth through continuing education, mentorship, and leadership development. </li><li>A comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment where your voice matters. </li><li>The opportunity to serve a diverse and high-impact population, making a real difference every day in the lives of individuals, families, and our community. </li></ul> <p>Position Details:</p> <p>Full-Time</p> <p>Denver County Competency Court</p> <p>IOS Division</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Unlicensed: $60,000 - $67,000 annually </li><li>LMFT, LPC, or LCSW: $68,000 - $72,000 annually </li></ul> <p>The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network hiring salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
