The Coordinator observes and documents client behavior and progress toward treatment goals. The Coordinator is available to clients for one-on-one support with housing concerns and ensuring a safe environment. Additionally, the Coordinator will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Program Manager.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Participates in homeless outreach and maintains HMIS requirements. </li><li>Provide trauma informed interventions that minimize harm and restrictive measures and empower clients to share responsibility in their recovery plan. </li><li>Participates in crisis and behavior management/de-escalation interventions according to state regulations, training and established best practices. </li><li>Collaborate with clients to identify personal strengths, assist in development, implement treatment and disposition plans, unmet needs, and interventions that will support the client in regaining a sense of control. </li><li>Development and facilitation of therapeutic housing services and assisting with case management functions. </li><li>Report building maintenance requests/issues promptly and conducts all HQS inspections </li><li>Coordinates, facilitates, and oversees the State voucher. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or directly related field required. </li><li>Must become HQS certified. </li><li>1+ years of experience in a similar role and/or training. </li><li>Valid driver's license and a good driving record, to be maintained while employed. </li><li>Communication, organization, time management and clinical skills. </li><li>Bilingual Spanish preferred. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard. </li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. </li><li>Light to moderate lifting is required, </li><li>Regular, predictable attendance is required. </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>4 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday 730am to 6pm currently. Brighton office main location does travel to Coronado 3 days a week.</p> <p>HQS inspections (in home inspections for housing).
