The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!</p> <p>Service Technical Support Specialist - CalibrationResponsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Calibrate high-power supplies and high-power electronic loads. </li><li>Calibrate DC shunts and power resistors. </li><li>Calibrate various multi-vendor and our electronic test and measurement equipment. </li></ul> <p>Service Technical Support Specialist- Calibration Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>10-12 years of related calibration experience.across biomedical, aerospace, and defense environments, making the candidate a strong fit for high-power calibration roles requiring technical depth, safety awareness, and lab-based expertise. </li><li>4 year college degree, preferably in the Electronic Technology Field. Open to an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and nearly a decade of progressive calibration experience </li><li>Calibration experience for High Power (20kWatt), High Current (1kA), and High Voltage (1kV) parameters within accredited calibration laboratories. </li><li>Proven capability in calibrating high power AC/DC power supplies, electronic loads, DC shunts, and power resistors, including applications involving currents up to 1 kA and voltages up to 6 kV. </li><li>Experience calibrating electronic test and measurement equipment. </li><li>Demonstrates deep technical proficiency with multi-vendor electronic test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, DMMs, RF/microwave instruments, and power systems from leading manufacturers. </li><li>Extensive experience working safely in high-energy environments, with strict adherence to high-voltage and high-current safety procedures, LOTO practices, and regulated quality systems. </li><li>Well-versed in ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540, FDA QSR, and ISO 13485 standards, with a strong track record of supporting audits, ensuring NIST traceability, and maintaining calibration lab compliance. </li><li>Adept at automation and efficiency improvements using LabVIEW, MetCal, Python, and NI platforms to improve throughput and accuracy. </li><li>Regulatory Compliance: FDA QSR, ISO 13485 (Medical), ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540 </li><li>Industry Expertise: Biomedical Manufacturing, Defense & Aerospace (Security Cleared environments). </li><li>Automation & Software: LabVIEW, MetCal, Python, VBA, SureCal, and NI-CAL EXEC. </li><li>Technical Proficiencies: RF/Microwave, Electrical (DMMs, Oscilloscopes), Thermodynamic, Pressure, Dimensional. </li></ul> <p>Shift:</p> <ul> <li>Day shift, 07:00 am - 3:30 pm. </li></ul> <p>(H)</p>
