<p>Riverside Community Care</p> <p>Love what you do!</p> <p>Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Temporary</p> <p>Riverside Community Care is seeking a temporary Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst!</p> <p>The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst leads the design, development, and maintenance of data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical models that drive data-informed decision-making across Riverside. In partnership with operational, financial, and clinical teams, this role transforms raw data into actionable insights through Power BI and supports data governance, reporting optimization, and user training to advance a culture of analytics and continuous improvement.</p> <p>The Senior BI Analyst will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with clinical leadership to design dashboards tracking performance, outcomes, and quality measures</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with program managers to identify key indicators supporting operational excellence and client outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Translate complex data into accessible visual reports</p> </li><li> <p>Provide guidance on data analytics best practices and Power BI adoption</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as Power BI subject matter expert, including Power BI Copilot, training, and user support</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain data security and privacy in accordance with HIPAA standards</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, dashboards, and reports</p> </li><li> <p>Integrate data across systems (EHR, finance, HR) and support reporting needs</p> </li><li> <p>Perform QA validation prior to deployment</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to enterprise data strategy and analytics roadmap</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities</p> </li></ul> <p>Schedule: This is a temporary, part time position; 20 hours per week Monday through Friday 4 hours per day from June through October 2026; 1 day in-person required. This position does not include benefits.</p> <p>Rate: $45.00 - $60.00/hour depending on experience</p> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills </li><li>Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights </li><li>High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking </li></ul> <p>Required Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field; at least 3 years of hands-on Power BI development experience </li><li>Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, custom visuals) </li><li>Experience with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes </li><li>Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure, Snowflake, or similar data platforms preferred </li></ul> <p>Riverside Community Care is dedicated to respect, integrity and engagement of all individuals.
