If so, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Drive revenue by generating new business and growing existing accounts. </li><li>Develop customized, multi-channel marketing solutions that align with client goals-whether it's brand awareness, engagement, or conversion. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and deliver results. </li><li>Monitor campaign performance and interpret key metrics like web traffic, CPA, engagement, and ROI to optimize and report back to clients. </li><li>Manage the full sales process, from proposal to execution to performance review. </li><li>Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of successful media or marketing sales experience. </li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. </li><li>Strong understanding of radio and digital advertising, including OTT/CTV, display, SEO/SEM, streaming audio, and social media. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. </li><li>Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle. </li></ul> <p>Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:</p> <ul> <li>Prior broadcast industry experience. </li><li>General knowledge of sales concepts and sales software. </li></ul> <p>Who We Are:</p> <p>Alpha Media is a diverse multimedia company that shares music, sports, and news content across various platforms.
