Looking for someone who can go into the Lehi office 3 days a week (Tues-Wed-Thurs))</p> <p>Duration: 12 months</p> <p>Contract Type: W2 only</p> <p>Pay Rate: $40.10/Hour</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <ul> <li>As a member of the Deal Operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our quote-to-contract processes and systems. </li><li>This is an exceptional opportunity to engage with various internal teams and contribute to the success of our enterprise selling strategies within Client's Digital Experience and Digital Media domains. </li></ul> <p>What you'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for team members encountering issues or seeking guidance related to quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. </li><li>Investigate reported issues, troubleshoot system errors, and provide timely resolutions or escalate to appropriate teams for further assistance. </li><li>Maintain documentation of common issues, resolutions, and user guides to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing within the team. </li><li>Assist in system administration tasks such as user management, permission setting, and configuration updates. </li><li>Actively participate in training sessions and self-directed learning opportunities to deepen understanding of Salesforce CPQ, CLM, Workfront and related technologies. </li></ul> <p>What you need to succeed</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of quote to contract operations, Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics </li><li>Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Experience with Wiki, Workfront and JIRA or equivalent bug management software </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment. </li><li>Job details </li><li></li></ul>
