Staffmark has an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity in Smyrna, TN for a Warehouse Associate who is ready to join a dynamic team!</p> <p>Schedules Available:</p> <p>2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM</p> <p>3rd Shift (Weekend): Fri-Sun | 4:45 AM - 5:15 PM</p> <p>Pay Rate: $16 - $20/hr.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Accurately receive and log products to ensure correct credit or charge to the subscriber. </li><li>Input ESN/SKU data into DAX and other systems with precision. </li><li>Identify country of origin and inspect handsets based on reported malfunctions following guidelines. </li><li>Unload, sort, and move incoming and outgoing products throughout the facility as needed. </li><li>Process scrap materials, accessories, and trash according to departmental procedures. </li><li>Scan, count, pack, label, and transfer products efficiently to meet business needs. </li><li>Prepare items for shipment, including documentation and online data entry. </li><li>Receive, sort, label, and verify inbound orders against packing lists. </li><li>Use RF scanners to pick and pack orders, and operate material handling equipment safely. </li><li>Support inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventories. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must have 6 months of warehouse experience. </li><li>Proficient with computers and data entry; able to follow detailed work instructions. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting productivity and quality standards. </li><li>Open to feedback, with problem-solving skills and a willingness to support process improvements. </li><li>Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and adhere to company values, policies, and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Staffmark?</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>401K options </li><li>Weekly pay via direct deposit </li><li>Referral bonuses & employee discount programs </li><li>Easy Hiring Process!
