External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <p>In this role you will work in a project-focused environment as a member of a multidisciplinary Process Development (PD) group responsible for the development and qualification of manufacturing methods to support new product introduction and the optimization of existing processes.</p> <ul> <li>Perform laboratory experiments and evaluate data </li><li>Write instruction for manufacturing or analytical procedures </li><li>Test the robustness and reliability of new manufacturing processes and analytical procedures </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new methods into Operations seamlessly </li><li>Train receiving teams on new processes and instrumentation </li><li>Document development and qualification activities, ensuring compliance with our quality system </li><li>Troubleshoot issues applying Root Cause Analysis </li><li>Present hypotheses, test data, and conclusions to internal stakeholders to advance project goals </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other Life Science discipline </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ph.D in Life Science Discipline </li><li>3+ years of experience in independent lab research or chemical manufacturing </li><li>Experience with common organic chemistry lab techniques, including recrystallization, distillation, extraction, chromatography, spectroscopy, filtration, and organic synthesis </li><li>Experience with common biochemistry lab techniques, including chromatography, spectroscopy, electrophoresis, centrifugation, protein purification, natural extraction and enzyme assays </li><li>Experience with related analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-VIS spectrophotometer) </li><li>Experience with manufacturing equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filtration systems, mixers, pumps, automated purification systems (e.g., AKTA systems) </li></ul> <p>What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
