This role is heavily relationship-based with a strong focus on getting to know members, understanding their goals, and offering solutions that are in their best interest. The Financial Services Consultant II also may serve as a Notary and provide peer mentorship to newer team members, giving you hands-on opportunities to expand your skillset and prepare for future leadership roles. The ideal candidate blends their strong financial industry knowledge and consulting experience with a collaborative spirit, effective problem-solving skills, and a clear passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.</p> <p>What you will need to be successful:</p> <p>Two years of credit union or financial institution experience required with prior consulting, sales and cash handling experience highly preferred</p> <p>High School Diploma or GED equivalent required</p> <p>Positive attitude and proven ability to drive sales through excellent service</p> <p>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively is required</p> <p>Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
