<p>Job Title: Commercial Loan Closing Specialist 2</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, NC-28262(Hybrid)</p> <p>Duration: 12 months contract with potential to extend</p> <p>Job ID: 169681</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing. </li><li>Review and analyze basic or tactical Commercial Loan Closing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to lowto-medium risk deliverables. </li><li>Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. </li><li>Provide information to client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2 plus years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. </li></ul> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Auditing transactions </li><li>Validating transaction documents match information in system of record </li><li>Remediate information discrepancies </li><li>Perform document review & language review </li><li>Sync municipal documents that are non-standard to ensure alignment with legal and credit approvals </li></ul> <p>Top Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Document and language experience </li><li>Experience processing transactions in a corporate environment (and making decisions on them independently) </li><li>Leasing processing experience -> data entry, matching information, adhering to process documents </li><li>Experience or experience with a system of record </li></ul> <p>Desired:</p> <ul> <li>Siebel Row - desired </li><li>"Lease connect" </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail </li><li>Can work independently </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $28- $30/hr on W2</p> <p>The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
