<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Shift: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9am start time </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Financial Administrator performs routine administrative, pre-settlement, and/or cashiering duties, minor accounting functions and/or timekeeping management in a company facility in accordance with standard administrative office procedure </li><li>As a Financial Administrator, you will handle Accounts Payable tasks such as initiating purchase orders, processing invoices, preparing check requests, researching payments, and performing other bookkeeping and assigned tasks </li><li>You will handle Accounts Receivable tasks, such as monitoring changes in customer payment terms and researching customer short payments and deductions </li><li>You will manage payroll tasks in accounting by processing, editing, and submitting weekly timecards and other pay components within established guidelines and tight deadlines, as applicable to the facility </li><li>You will oversee daily inventory management in finance, including the receipt of incoming inventory and the analysis of inventory discrepancies, as applicable to the facility </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
