<p>Your Opportunity as a Technician-Frozen Handheld & Spreads Research & Development Team</p> <p>You will support all Frozen Handheld & Spreads Research & Development (R&D) teams with iterative product prototyping, managing lab and Pilot Plant spaces, supporting our Quality and Safety Program, and performing various administrative duties. You will have daily interactions with team members, and you must have the ability to execute a broad range of technical tasks and adapt to changing priorities. In this role you will support both the research lab and product development teams.</p> <p>Location: Orrville, OH (Corporate Offices)</p> <p>Working Environment: 100% Onsite Presence Required</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Scale and batch formulas in lab and pilot plant spaces </li><li>Assist team with analytical testing for lab and pilot plant batches </li><li>Be the Area Owner of R&D spaces by being the single point of contact for any issues or concerns </li><li>Cleaning, stocking, organizing, and managing maintenance </li><li>With assistance, use various systems of information for completing work: inventory management system, Electronic Lab Notebook interface, SharePoint, and others </li><li>Support Quality and Safety Program owners to manage the application of R&D's programs in the lab and Pilot Plant spaces </li><li>Support established procedures and pilot plant work as directed with minimal supervision and identify ways to improve methods </li><li>Perform sanitation in lab and pilot plant spaces </li><li>Perform various activities such as shipping and receiving packages </li><li>This role may require overtime to meet business needs </li></ul> <p>The Right Place for You</p> <p>We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
