And it's easy because at Doughbird you get a crave-worthy menu with an unexpected yet perfect duo: hand stretched pizza & rotisserie chicken.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Must have 2+ years high-volume recent bartending experience </li><li>You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest </li><li>Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations </li><li>Have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Know basic cocktail recipes </li><li>Keep it clean. You're fanatical about clutter. </li><li>Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment </li><li>Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise </li><li>Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems) </li><li>Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, company policies and procedures </li><li>Availability to work weekends and some holidays </li><li>Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant </li></ul> <p>Fox Restaurant Concepts, an entity of the Cheesecake Factory, is an Equal Opportunity & E- Verify Employer.
