<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Roger Williams University's School of Engineering, Computing and Construction Management (SECCM), is seeking adjunct faculty to teach basic, undergraduate and graduate courses in subjects that may include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Introduction to Construction Management </li><li>Computer Applications for Construction Management </li><li>Construction Plans, Specifications, and Building Codes </li><li>Construction Methods and Materials </li><li>Construction Estimating and Scheduling </li><li>Surveying </li><li>Advanced Building Estimating </li><li>Facilities Management </li><li>Construction Project Management and Safety </li><li>Construction Planning and Scheduling </li><li>Building Systems </li><li>Residential Construction </li><li>Heavy Construction Estimating </li><li>Construction Project Control </li></ul> <p>Assignment of course schedules will be flexible to accommodate working professionals.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>The qualified applicant will hold a Masters degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the US Construction Industry.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>The qualified applicant will preferably hold a PhD.</p> <p>At the University's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be accepted where the candidate can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the University, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Roger Williams University is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer and com-mitted to a diverse workforce.
