<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Blackberry Mountain - Walland, TN</p> <p>Salary Range: Undisclosed</p> <p>Job Shift: Evening Shift</p> <p>Description and Qualifications</p> <p>The purpose of the Steward position is to prepare the Dining Room for operations and service, including but not limited to executing the set-up of dining spaces and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and pertinent equipment.</p> <p>Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Prepares the dining room for operations and service </li><li>Executes the set-up of dining spaces and maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment </li><li>Vacuums dining spaces to ensure continued cleanliness </li><li>Irons table cloths </li><li>Sets table according to prescribes standards </li><li>Crumbs chairs </li><li>Maintains cleanliness of common spaces </li><li>Performs routine deep-cleaning tasks as assigned by management </li><li>Moves table and chairs to achieve necessary table configurations </li><li>Maintains "the look" of the space </li></ul> <p>Must comply with all company policies and procedures.</p> <p>To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.</p> <p>Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.</p> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>LANGUAGE SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to effectively communicate with other Team Members and Managers/Supervisors </li></ul> <p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge and understanding of math </li></ul> <p>REASONING ABILITY</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to be on feet for a long period of time </li><li>Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Dining Room, Bar and Kitchen areas </li></ul> <p>5,200 acres of Blackberry Mountain property</p> <p>About Blackberry</p> <p>Blackberry Mountain, a Relais & Châteaux property, continues a legacy of world-renowned hospitality and unwavering dedication and appreciation for the land.
