<p>Program Manager, MA</p> <p>Cultural Care Au Pair</p> <p>Work full-time from your home-based office in Massachusetts</p> <p>Cultural Care Au Pair aims to be the world's largest and most trusted au pair program. As a Program Manager, you'll oversee host families and au pairs in your region, ensuring compliance with Department of State regulations and delivering excellent support. You'll drive growth by educating potential host families about the program, building a strong local community, and generating new sales through referrals and repeat participation.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>In this role you will report to Regional Director of Massachusetts, and have the following primary responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coach host families and au pairs on how to be successful on the program and ensure all Department of State regulations are being met, including conducting host family interviews, new arrival orientations, and regular monthly contact. </li><li>Evaluate suitability of potential host families and use a consultative sales approach to convert new leads. </li><li>Guide hosting families through the process to extend with their current au pair or to search and interview for their next au pair; providing strategy and suggestions as well as coordinating domestic travel. </li><li>Problem solve when issues arise between a host family and their au pair. </li><li>Assist families and au pairs when issues cannot be resolved by offering customized interviewing guidance and suggestions based on their program experience. </li><li>Organize local au pair meetings and collaborate with colleagues to host community building events for au pairs, current host families and potential new host families. </li><li>Provide host families and au pairs with exceptional customer service and support measured by a regional customer satisfaction score. </li><li>Generate referrals from current host families as well as new business in your community to meet quarterly sales targets for new families </li><li>Achieve a 70% or higher renewal rate for your region. </li></ul> <p>Strengths and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Communication - active listener who provides clear, detailed advice and is diligent in explaining follow through expectations and next steps </li><li>Customer Service - you pride yourself on providing an excellent customer experience </li><li>Conflict resolution or mediation skills - you have the ability to assess a situation fairly and resolve conflicts in a multi-party, cross-cultural situation.
