We are a smaller, rapidly growing company based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>This job function will require coordinating multiple projects within our organization. The primary function will be responsible for overseeing project quoting, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals. This team member will work closely with other Project Managers and leadership within the team along with subject matter experts across the company.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle including project quoting, scheduling, execution, and completion. Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with management, engineers, and stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates, manage expectations, and facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment of project goals. </li><li>Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress against milestones. </li><li>Operational Efficiency: Implement and refine project workflows and processes to improve efficiency and minimize delays. Identify and proactively address potential project risks and issues. </li></ul>
