Our team is composed of individuals who are fast-moving, self-motivated, resilient, team players, and love to solve difficult problems.??If this sounds like you, then our team could the right place for you.</p> <ul> <li>Rapidly gather requirements, design and modify detailed harness schematics to integrate a variety of electromechanical components and control units </li><li>Harness component selection and validation for prototype applications </li><li>Document build instructions for complex Industrial wire harnesses </li><li>Troubleshoot and quality check harnesses in the fabrication, assembly and bring up stages of pre and post production builds </li><li>Support the bring up and debug process of industrial equipment throughout its lifecycle </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience </li><li>1+ years of experience in Wiring Harness design </li><li>Hands-on experience designing and building electro-mechanical systems and harnesses </li><li>Solid engineering fundamentals: DC/AC circuit analysis, analog and digital signal processing, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), LV / HV systems </li><li>Understand vehicle-level systems engineering including communications, functionality trade-offs, grounding, creepage and clearance, EMC strategies </li><li>Expertise with 3D CAD and PLM software (CATIA preferred) </li><li>Proven expertise with 2D drawing creation software </li><li>Familiarity with, and working knowledge of, mechanical systems: thermal, heat dissipation, vibration, strength, durability, corrosion-prevention </li></ul>
