<p>Licensed Practical Nurse</p> <p>Join our team at a 6-bed residential group home, where you'll provide direct nursing care to medically frail individuals with disabilities. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact in a nurturing, team-oriented environment!</p> <p>Schedules: Sunday 7A-5P, Monday 12P-8P, Tuesday 2P-8P, Thursday 2P-8P</p> <p>We also offer per diem options as well!</p> <p>Pay Rate: up to $35/hour!</p> <p>Location: Bethel, CT</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Extensive paid training </li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement </li><li>A diverse and supportive work culture where every team member is valued </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct nursing care, including PEG tube medications and feedings, wound care, catheter/colostomy care, nebulizer treatments, and administration rescue and routine medications (oral and topical). </li><li>Monitor and document changes in individuals' health status, ensuring compliance with state and agency protocols. </li><li>Collaborate with direct care staff to support daily care needs on the floor, including hygiene and ADLs, and maintain a safe, high-quality environment for residents. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program </li><li>Current LPN license to practice in the state of Connecticut </li><li>Proficiency in delegated nursing tasks and clinical documentation </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus </li></ul>
