You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and our ongoing success.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supports user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify high-value features for customers. </li><li>Works closely with product managers, designers, engineers, data specialists, and other partners to facilitate communication and collaboration across teams. </li><li>Writes clear product requirements, epics, and user stories to support the product development lifecycle. </li><li>Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product delivery </li><li>Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience. </li><li>Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics, including delivery against time, cost, and quality targets across the product development lifecycle. </li><li>Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery; manages the group's risk and control book of work. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>At least 3 years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management or a relevant domain. </li><li>Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, with hands-on experience in discovery and requirements definition. </li><li>Develops and applies knowledge of enterprise platform capabilities to build reusable, reliable, and scalable services. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Agile product delivery and supporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). </li><li>Self-driven; able to work independently and motivate a team with minimal supervision; comfortable navigating an ambiguous environment. </li></ul>
